All Swim Groups

Learn to Swim
Ages 5-10
For little swimmers who are comfortable in the water, do not mind water on their faces, and are ready to learn.Swimmers will learn to kick while holding a kickboard and develop breath control which is crucial for swimming. They will also learn the basic arm movement associated with swimming strokes. Practices are 2-3 times per week for 45 minutes.
White Group
Ages 6-10
Swimmers will learn three basic strokes- Freestyle, Backstroke and Breaststroke. There will be a very strong emphasis on developing a strong and confident kick for all strokes. Swimmers will receive basic instruction for racing starts and turns. Will be able to swim without stopping 1 length of the pool (25 Yards)
Red Group
Ages 6-13
Swimmers will continue to develop their skills, grow their love for racing, and learn the value of supporting and cheering on their teammates. Practices will focus on refining all four strokes while gradually introducing endurance training.
Blue Group
9-18
This group will emphasize more advanced techniques for all four strokes, including refining starts and turns. Practice will focus on interval training and building on endurance. It is out most mature and experienced group, a higher level of dedication and commitment are expected. Reaching ones full potential in athletics requires consistent and dedicated effort.
Private Lessons
We offer private lessons of varying size. Each lesson will be tailored to that swimmers skill level.
